This Programme is an insurance policy to mitigate the risk of conflict sabotaging success or for your start-up to become another one of those statistics!

Using an amalgamation of my skills as a conflict coach, mediator, communication coach and consultant, I offer a hybrid model of facilitating, counselling, coaching and mentoring.

How does it work?

This is a monthly programme which has two objectives: 

Prevention: To support co-founders to foster and maintain a strong, dynamic and healthy partnership. By raising awareness to potential conflict triggers, the programme offers opportunity to proactively prevent communication and relationship breakdowns from evolving and escalating into a toxic crisis.

Cure: To guide co-founders through challenges they bring to each session, professionally and respectfully, freeing up time, emotional energy and headspace to focus on building and scaling their business.

It is fundamentally ‘relationship counselling’ for founders supporting them to remain united, aligned and friction free.

monthly 90 x minute sessions

Each monthly 90 x minute session takes place face to face with all co-founders. It is an opportunity to raise concerns, to air grievances, to quash misunderstandings, to diffuse mounting tension, to clear the air, to discuss challenging moments, to understand and improve communication, to talk through any topic that feels uncomfortable.

In addition, each co-founder is invited for an optional individual coaching session with me in between the joint meetings, should they wish to take this up.

  • Initial 1:2:1 exploratory session with each co-founder to understand goals and areas of focus for the programme.
  • Monthly 90 x minute face to face sessions with all co-founders
  • Opportunity for 1:2:1 individual coaching if any co-founder seeks additional support between sessions.
