We might not like them but in business we can’t afford to avoid them because evading important issues can cause irreparable damage to relationships, impact the way your teams perform and the quality of the work they produce. What you can expect…
This is a 2½ hour, in person, engaging training.
2½ hour in person, interactive training interspersed with group breakout discussions followed by 1 hour of group coaching where delegates can bring ‘live’ issues they would like expert advice and support with.
Delegates will be provided with worksheets to use throughout the training and to take away.
