We start with an initial conversation to understand you, your business and what you need to focus on throughout our journey together.

We’ll cover everything from your business values, your personal values and your communication style, your strengths and weaknesses and your vision for the future. From here I’ll start to build a picture of where you are, and the steps we need to take to create the culture you want.

PART TWO

UNDERSTANDING

your team

It’s your business, but it’s crucial that the people around you feel seen and heard, so I’ll host individual sessions to get an understanding of the team’s perceptions and how they feel about the culture, dynamics and relationships within the business.

Through discussions and questionnaires I’ll explore what a better way of communicating might look like and how that would impact their interactions, relationships, collaborations, performance and productivity.

PART THREE

OUTCOME

and recommendations

Once I understand all sides of the business I’ll create a roadmap outlining what you need to put in place to achieve your goals.

This will include a written report highlighting the specific details of my observations and key recommendations for next steps such as 1:2:1 coaching, training or group coaching sessions. We’ll go through this together, and outline a timeframe to make it happen, if you would like to implement the action together.
